Abstract

The article analyzes the socio-philosophical concept of the term "globalization", the variety of historical forms of implementation of the humanity globalization, the threats to the national identity of the population across the world in the XXI century. The last are instigated not only near contemporary intellectual currents, but also by the objective formation of the mass multicultural environment of existence, the extension of which is caused by the action of the institutions of neoliberal global economy and the spread of information technology, linking humanity by the means of anonymous power systems. To resist the symbolic violence of mass culture "global consumer", by the author`s opinion, is capable the sensible public policy that combines tradition and modernity in the horizon of preservation of national identity.
